If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the services provided by our company, we encourage you to submit a formal complaint. To initiate the complaint process, please email formal.

Upon receiving your complaint, we will promptly acknowledge receipt within 2 business days via email. Our dedicated team will then conduct a thorough investigation to assess the circumstances and gather all relevant information.
Within 15 business days, you will receive a comprehensive written response via email, outlining our findings and proposed resolution. In exceptional cases, where additional time is required for a comprehensive review, we will notify you of the anticipated delay and provide a final response within 35 business days.
If you are not satisfied with our final response or if we have not provided a resolution within 35 business days, you may be eligible to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). In our final communication, we will outline the criteria for escalating your complaint to the FOS.
